- Is SpaceCare a clinical or therapy platform?
- No — and that's a deliberate line. SpaceCare is an educational tool, not a clinical one. We don't hold protected health information, we're not a clinical-records system, and we don't replace your practice-management software. Practitioners use SpaceCare to share their expertise as micro-courses with peers, with the public, or alongside (never instead of) clinical care.
- Do I need to be technical?
- No. If you can write an email and drop in an image, you can publish a SpaceCare micro-lesson. Most practitioners publish their first one within 10 minutes.
- What kind of content is SpaceCare for?
- Anything teachable in the wellness or healthcare space — protocols, psychoeducation, practices, methodologies, training programmes. It's a micro-learning platform, not a clinical tool.
- Do I own what I make? What happens to my IP?
- You own everything you publish. We never train external AI models on your content, never sell access to your client list, never share your work with other accounts on the platform. Export your content at any time. The relationship with your clients is yours, not ours.
- How does the platform "learn" from my clients?
- SpaceCare tracks how your clients move through your lessons — where they pause, where they finish, what they skip — and surfaces that back to you. It's adaptive inside your account: insights from your audience improve your courses, not anyone else's. Nothing leaves your account.
- Will my clients need to download an app?
- No. They open lessons in their browser, on any device. No login required for a single share; longer programmes use a simple email link.
- Can I sell a single download instead of a course?
- Yes. Downloads are a first-class product — give them their own page, set a price, and bundle them inside a course if you want buyers to get both.
- Can I embed a course on my own site?
- Yes. Every product has an embed URL you can iframe into your existing site. You choose which origins are allowed to frame your pages.
